為了把我們所學(xué)到的英知識(shí)全面的結(jié)合起來(lái),學(xué)院給我們安排了翻譯實(shí)習(xí)。讓我從翻譯中體會(huì)翻譯技巧,從而提高翻譯水平。同時(shí),通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí),培養(yǎng)我們的實(shí)際應(yīng)用能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力以及分析解決問(wèn)題的能力。
此次我們的翻譯原是lucky in love,大約37張的英材料,分組進(jìn)行翻譯,每組大概有四五人,每個(gè)人都有一項(xiàng)艱巨的任務(wù)。我想老師的安排不僅是想提高我們的翻譯水平,也想培養(yǎng)大家的合作能力吧!
lucky in love,這本書(shū)我粗略的看了一下,以我現(xiàn)在的水平,說(shuō)實(shí)話看不太懂。我想原因是詞匯的缺乏,語(yǔ)法掌握不夠牢靠,還有就是對(duì)西方化了解不多。我被分配到翻譯第七章,這是個(gè)相當(dāng)嚴(yán)峻的任務(wù)。剛開(kāi)始我就不知道小說(shuō)說(shuō)的什么?只是大概知道與愛(ài)有關(guān),畢竟題目是《幸運(yùn)的愛(ài)》吧。不了解開(kāi)頭講的什么就從中途看起,確實(shí)很難,所以我想上查一些有關(guān)小說(shuō)的主要內(nèi)容,我想或許是老師給我們的有一大考驗(yàn)吧,上并沒(méi)有關(guān)于這本書(shū)的太多內(nèi)容,所以我還是一知半解。只能硬著頭皮往下翻了,問(wèn)題很多呀!先是詞匯,有太多的詞匯我部認(rèn)識(shí),要借助字典和絡(luò),但問(wèn)題是當(dāng)你把意思套入句中翻譯時(shí),你會(huì)覺(jué)得不那么準(zhǔn)確,此時(shí)你就要想它的意譯了。這是一個(gè)比較難的地方。還有就是句中的形容詞與名詞太混了,分不清這也給翻譯帶來(lái)了很大的困難。我覺(jué)得最難得是句型的分析。我在這塊本來(lái)就很薄弱,句中的倒裝句和從句過(guò)多,導(dǎo)致我無(wú)從下手。我的先分析句型,在查單詞意思,最后在整合,所以浪費(fèi)了很多的時(shí)間。而且當(dāng)你把所翻譯的,在讀讀,卻又發(fā)現(xiàn)不通?春苁菒阑鸢!
花了很多時(shí)間也沒(méi)翻譯多少,有一段時(shí)間我都想放棄了,后來(lái)我們一組的翻譯開(kāi)頭的同學(xué)翻譯結(jié)束后,交了稿,我看了一下,對(duì)章的內(nèi)容有一個(gè)大概的了解了。我發(fā)現(xiàn)還是討論一下對(duì)各個(gè)人的翻譯比較。果然效果不錯(cuò),知道大概的內(nèi)容之后,我的翻譯比較順暢了,雖然還是有不懂得地方,但明顯少了很多,而且速度也快了不少,慢慢地也上了軌道。通過(guò)這次翻譯,我學(xué)到了很多,我深刻的了解到了我有很多的`不足,所以下一個(gè)階段我要做很多的準(zhǔn)備來(lái)迎接專(zhuān)業(yè)四級(jí),首先,我要擴(kuò)充自己的詞匯量,加大課外英的閱讀量,其次要系統(tǒng)的復(fù)習(xí)一下語(yǔ)法知識(shí),多了解一下不同語(yǔ)境下地對(duì)話。還要,多看看外國(guó)的電影,初步定為50部,不僅要學(xué)習(xí)里面的英,更要了解其中的化。最后就是全面復(fù)習(xí)各種技能:聽(tīng)力、寫(xiě)作、語(yǔ)法、口語(yǔ)等。知道了我的這些不足之后,我會(huì)更加的努力彌補(bǔ)!爭(zhēng)取達(dá)到一個(gè)全新的高度!

This August I found a new job which is a recruiting manager of a famous software company。 Because of the operation of our company is providing world-class IT solutions to global clients。 So every position requires good English communication skills including mine。 In this job I lead a hiring team and be responsible for supporting staffer needs of the testing department。 The latter half of the year is the busiest period, because many new projects have been processing。 Almost all the project teams are short of hands。 Software outsourcing is an agreement that provides deadlines for completion of the work。 If we could not find employable engineers in time, the vender must change the order to other competitory company。 In order to drive for quality hire with short cycle time。 I communicate with testing projects leaders to know every projcet’s distinctive characteristic, technical details, position salary and tensity of the task。 Then list a rate of progress, arrange recruiters in charge of different project according this plan。 For expedite the recruiting progress, I also take on the role with responsibility for ADOBE and EMC (clients’ company)。 Define the job and recruiting action plan。 Choosing resumes, interviewing with candidates and commending qualified candidates to attend client’s final test are my daily grind, to most effectively coordinate with staffing processes。 If the candidates pass the final test, we will announce correlative dept to transact procedure。 Implement testing department staffing processes to ensure compliance。 Up to last month our recruiter team has hired seventy eight qualified staffers including I found the nineteen engineers。

Because tourism is a service industry, so I want to learn how to communicate with different People and learn some business about travel agency.Must pay attention to others' every action and every movement, must learn the skill which converses with the visitor. This is I learns the most useful experience in the travel agency.
Through this experience, I received some knowledge we must understand first as follows,
First, I ought to kown the traveling place’s inside and outside traffic and the environment protection.
Second, the travel agency’s service regulations and management tips.
Third, the travel agency’s nature and management business and management model.
Travel agency is the professoinal organazation which provides traveling service for people. Since the professioal nature, the tourism is the service industry. It provides meal, hotel, route etc service. Service atitude is very important in tourism. You ought to smile to every person in order to make them finding you are friendly. And I must strive for the opportunity. Regarding this point, I have the depth experience. Because is an intern, therefore the company cannot invest too many resources to you. The company thought the practiceborns with is the practice finished must return to the school tostudy, future not necessarily will be able in the practice unit work.Often practised the unit to arrange the work for you, could not specially teach you more things. After I entered company period oftime, I realize this question. How then solves this problem? Whenever after I complete the work task, I all can help other staff to handlesome trivial matters on own initiative. For example: Printing, typing, scheduling. This procedure advantage is obtains outside other staffs' favorable impressions, they in unconsciously center already relied on you, some matters were used to it you to do. Thus, I have the opportunity to ask for advice other staffs, learns more knowledge,obtains more experiences.
In addition, I must work hard and serious. I found everything is not easy. I can’t make any mistakes when I check the plane ticket or seting a fax, or I can make a worse consequence. And I also should be careful for my writing, it’s very important to make other people understand you meaning well. From this experience, I feel sincere to every person are so important, if you are sincere to others, they can sincere to you too. Sincere is very important to communicate with others. And whatever you do, patience and obligation are so important, you should be calm down first and you can do it well.Each internship is a student must have some experience, it enabled us to understand the social practice, we learned a lot in the classroom attendance less than the fundamental knowledge, but also opened up a vision and experience, as we move further toward the community after laying a solid foundation.
But this experience also make me recognize a lot of shortcomings for myself. It competes very seriously between travel agencys. You not only should take hold of professional knowledge but also you should understand how to get along with different people. I find I’m lack of education and experience. It’s very different between school and social. I feel the theory which learned in school are not the same to the work concept. That’s the reason why we are practice. It can make me strengthen and understand the knowledge in class and bring up our living capability.
I am a foreign language professional tourism students and I learn in books on the management
aspects of the knowledge and English, it seems easy to understand, but not put into practice. During this experience, to the unit after the internship experience difficulty of how to personally stood up to the time before aware of their knowledge, abilities and experience is how the lack of. And I have to talk about something about traveling.

This is a speech about practice report, in the first place I want to share with you about my work experience.
In the first summer vacation in the college, I changed 3 part-time jobs. The first one was waiter; the second one was teaching assistant in Talking Time Language Village (TTLV); the third one was interpreter in a Highway Service Station. Maybe you will ask me how can you get 3 part-time jobs and why do you want to change it? Actually this is a good question. Here are 3 reasons: first I want to speak English,second I want to practice English, third I want to use English. This was also the main reason I quitted the first one job waiter. Then I searched TTLV online and I attended the interview and passed the teaching test. Everything seems went smoothly, I started to work there in a few days later. I was a teaching assistant there, I was in charge of 8 students in my class and I assisted the foreign teacher to interpret for the students during the class. I work there for 20 days then I left because of Olympic Games in China. So I lost, that seems God always take good care of me, one of my supervisor in TTLV recommended a good job to me after I lost a few days, that was my third job in that vacation. I was an interpreter and I was in charge of communication with foreign friends there. I worked there for 30 days, I got 1500RMB which was my first time to earn so much money by myself in my lifetime.
In the following winter vacation I went back to TTLV. I was in the same position there, but different students and different teachers, so I made new friends, I got along with my foreign teachers and I improved my English a lot, especially, Brad who is an American, so well we got along with each other that he went back to my hometown with me to celebrate Spring Festival with my family, he spent 3 days with my family of course I was the only interpreter between my family and Brad.
In this summer vacation, Customized English Services which is a new comprehensive English service in Shijiazhuang was founded by Brad. I was lucky to be selected by him. Now I am working with him to assist him to do office work and establish business relationship with new clients.
Above all, I mentioned so much work experience of mine, almost are related to English, if I don’t know English, if I don’t speak, practice, and speak English I have nothing. Actually I am not the best one among you, some of you are better than me, but you need to stand out to show yourself. If you have no chance, make it; if you have a small chance, grab it and make it bigger and bigger.
English is an language it is a tool used by human, so let us be master of English let English be our servant. We need to take advantage of English, nor does let English take advantage of you. During the last few months before graduation, I am responsible for the work as an administrative assistant. In this process, I adopted the methods of seeing, asking and learning to understand the specific business knowledge about our company’s administrative work and expand my professional knowledge studied at school, which laid a solid foundation for my future career. From the view of individual development, the greatest impact on me should be the personal working style and the important effect of professional knowledge to the job, since they are something I haven’t learned in school, in the report, I'll introduce my congnition and experience of this aspect firstly accumulated during internship.
According to the characteristics of an assistant, we may adjust our attitudes to alleviate the pressure and face setbacks. As the popular saying goes, " When God is going to give someone important tasks, he must suffer a lot, be exhausted, hungry and empty, God will disturb him and help him to be brilliant. "Analyze problems calmly from the objective and subjective aspects, goals, environment and conditions to find out the causes, taking effective remedial measures. Develop a dialectical view of setbacks and keep confident and optimistic, recognizing that it’s setbacks and lessons that make us become clever and mature, and failure eventually creates success. Learn self-comfort and tolerance to be forthright, positive and hard working. Try to convert pressure into a kind of driving force and change the inner state of repression to get relaxed physically and mentally, striving for success. I have been familiar with copy, fax, document processing and other assistant works. Most documents have different degrees of confidentiality, and various assistants often close to the leader, see some important documents and participate in a number of important meetings, so the assistants should be notice own behaviors in public activities and act properly, konwing exactly what they can speak or not. Accuracy is the requirement of work quality. The accuracy of administrative management refers to reflecting the policy, informing the intention of the leader and doing the work correctly, acting properly and expressing clearly, which guarantee the accuracy of the leader’s work in some degree. The secretarial management accuracy involvs many aspects, briefly speaking, it includes accurate documenting, proper acting, ture information and cautious ideas. And in order to reach these standards, we must be seriouly and carefully instead of being neglectly and casually. For example, when doing documenting, we should ensure the quality of the file with accurate words, real material, serious copy and careful proofread to avoid any mistakes. Otherwise it will delay the work, or even lead to irreparable loss.
The process of internship is filled with joy of harvest and also regret. Perhaps it is because that the time is short and management is not my major, my understanding of administrative assistant work just stays at the surface, watching people do and listening to them about how to do without self-experience, which results in grasping its essence hardly. But the internship has deepened my understanding of some basic konwledge of secretary, enriched my actual management knowledge, gotten certain perceptual and rational congnition on the daily management work. To do the daily business secretarial management work well, we should not only pay attention to the theoretic knowledge of management, but also combine the theory and practice closely.
I have found out my shortcomings through about one-month intership. I will try my best in the future work and study,learning from each other. I believe that I could be proficient and better in my future carrer !

Preface

The third part: Beverage Department

This is a speech about practice report, in the first place I want to share with you about my work experience。
In the first summer vacation in the college, I changed 3 part—time jobs。 The first one was waiter; the second one was teaching assistant in Talking Time Language Village (TTLV); the third one was interpreter in a Highway Service Station。 Maybe you will ask me how can you get 3 part—time jobs and why do you want to change it? Actually this is a good question。 Here are 3 reasons: first I want to speak English,second I want to practice English, third I want to use English。 This was also the main reason I quitted the first one job waiter。 Then I searched TTLV online and I attended the interview and passed the teaching test。 Everything seems went smoothly, I started to work there in a few days later。 I was a teaching assistant there, I was in charge of 8 students in my class and I assisted the foreign teacher to interpret for the students during the class。 I work there for 20 days then I left because of Olympic Games in China。 So I lost, that seems God always take good care of me, one of my supervisor in TTLV recommended a good job to me after I lost a few days, that was my third job in that vacation。 I was an interpreter and I was in charge of communication with foreign friends there。 I worked there for 30 days, I got 1500RMB which was my first time to earn so much money by myself in my lifetime。
In the following winter vacation I went back to TTLV。 I was in the same position there, but different students and different teachers, so I made new friends, I got along with my foreign teachers and I improved my English a lot, especially, Brad who is an American, so well we got along with each other that he went back to my hometown with me to celebrate Spring Festival with my family, he spent 3 days with my family of course I was the only interpreter between my family and Brad。
In this summer vacation, Customized English Services which is a new comprehensive English service in Shijiazhuang was founded by Brad。 I was lucky to be selected by him。 Now I am working with him to assist him to do office work and establish business relationship with new clients。

As a just inter the social’s student, the manager let me do warehouse manage, there are some important things I have to attention. First important is don’t make ourselves staring point too high to put .The manager told me because I was a new staff so he let me to be a warehouse keeper .Warehouse keeper is a part of logistics department.As a warehouse keeper the most basic quality is “circumspection” .Then ,I have to know our company’s products and know it well. Second, when we deliver goods we must know there are how much the product in our warehouse. The last important thing is we must obey “first in first out”.This post looks very easy,but it not,if I didn’t pay attention to the process,there was a mistake it will let the data could not calculate clearly and make the financial loss. Sometime I always exchange idea with our bookkeeper,because they need our data to count. As a just inter the social’s student,I need step by step to work. Now ,I am responsible for warehouse manage. When I first in this company everyday I clean the box. FAW-Volks the request us make the box spotless. So it become an integral part of we must do everyday.
After introduce my job, there are another important things when we work, it is have a relationship with our colleague. When I first into the office, they working so busy, I didn’t know what I can do for them and didn’t familiar whit them ,I felt very lonely. As a new staff in first day, no people talk to you no people have lunch with you , I felt relay sad. I told myself I don’t want do this, I am not happy. When I get back to home I told to my parents, the told me as a new staff I must diligent than other staff, study hard, listen the old staff’s arrangement and always smile to every one. In the next day, I do it. A few days later they accept me. Talk with me, and give me some job do , I am really happy. By this internship, I know a person who can have a good relations with other people in everywhere, they are fluky.
After three month, I will leave this school .This fieldwork’s experience give me a deeply feeling .School is different from the social. In college the teacher will told us what things you should do and what you can do. They teach us how to be a good person and a good student. We can learn more knowledge from our teacher, but we just learn , we don’t have chance to do it . As a student, we don’t have ability to make money. Our parents give us money in our school life, so we don’t know how hard to make money. This time we set foot in social leave from the school, we should earnmoney by our own hands. We are the youth ,we have more chance to show our ability. There are some sentences I remembered and I think it can used in our work and daily life. First “Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.”This sentence told us to be a brave man, we must believe ourselves, if there has a problem , don’t worry and fear , we can solve it better. 現(xiàn)在才明白,在校做一名學(xué)生,是多么的啊!早晚要工作,早晚要步入社會(huì),早晚要面對(duì)這些避免不了的事。所以,現(xiàn)在我很珍惜學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì),多學(xué)一點(diǎn)總比沒(méi)有學(xué)的,花同樣的時(shí)間,還不如多學(xué),對(duì)以后擇業(yè)會(huì)有很大的幫助。
兩個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)期很快就過(guò)去了,美的東西總是稍縱即失。
“千里之行,始于足下”,這短暫而又充實(shí)的實(shí)習(xí),我認(rèn)為對(duì)我走向社會(huì)起到了一個(gè)橋梁的作用,過(guò)渡的作用,是人生的一段重要的經(jīng)歷,也是一個(gè)重要步驟,對(duì)將來(lái)走上工作崗位也有著很大幫助。向他人虛心求教,遵守組織紀(jì)律和單位規(guī)章制度,與人明交往等一些做人處世的'基本原則都要在實(shí)際生活中認(rèn)真的貫徹,的習(xí)慣也要在實(shí)際生活中不斷培養(yǎng)。這一段時(shí)間所學(xué)到的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和知識(shí)是我一生中的一筆寶貴財(cái)富。事無(wú)大小,自己都傾力而為,在這過(guò)程中不僅培養(yǎng)了自己認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的工作態(tài)度,也培養(yǎng)了自己的耐心和韌勁
我在實(shí)習(xí)的過(guò)程中,既有收獲的喜悅,也有一些遺憾。也許是實(shí)習(xí)日子短的關(guān)系,但時(shí)通過(guò)實(shí)習(xí),加深了我對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)基本的理解,豐富了我的用運(yùn)能力,使我對(duì)日常管理工作有了一定的感性和理性認(rèn)識(shí)。認(rèn)識(shí)到要做日常管理工作,既要注重管理理論知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),更重要的是要把實(shí)踐與理論兩者緊密相結(jié)合。
這次實(shí)習(xí)也讓我深刻了解到,在工作中和同事保持良的關(guān)系是很重要的。做事首先要學(xué)做人,要明白做人的道理,如何與人相處是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的做人的一個(gè)最基本的問(wèn)題。對(duì)于自己這樣一個(gè)即將步入社會(huì)的人來(lái)說(shuō),需要學(xué)習(xí)的東西很多,他們就是最的老師,正所謂“三人行,必有我?guī)煛保覀兛梢韵蛩麄儗W(xué)習(xí)很多知識(shí)、道理。
